Since founding the practice in 1991, Andrea Carminio has gained the respect and trust of constructors and building officials. Clients and colleagues both agree that the clarity and drive under which all activities are undertaken is an indispensable aspect to all projects. Experienced in both private and public work settings; in urban and suburban environments; for housing and open space projects of various construction and size with wide-ranging clients that includes non-profit organizations to private individuals and business entities. Studies abroad and travels have given sensitivty and vigor to designs. Co-chairperson for the Architecture Student Convention in New York City and Honor Student teacher for First Year Fundamental Design Studio.

Long before entering the formal studies of univeristy, the  education process for the chosen field of design and construction began at an early age, under a paternal bricoleur and a maternal artisan. The aspects of construction, restoration and artisenal abilities were introduced. As education progressed, the formalities of arhitectural philosophy and science were greatly influenced by the early activities. The formal education included studies in europe offered by the Politecnico of Milan University  Since graduation from New York Institute of Technology, experience was gained from design to construction for residences, retail, educational and manufacturing buildings; including site planning and industrial design. Early adaptor of the environmental conciousness and receipient of award for it. Fluent in Spanish and Italian.  

Our Business

We provide professional services that include the full range of  design for site work, buildings, interiors and identity. Arhitecture is the most important aspect of our work, complemented by construction related work. We collaborate with engineers and designers and other members of the design community to undertake any type of project. Although the majority of work is in proximity to our location, we are able to provide services anywhere, including internationally.
